1.      What organizations (professional, civic, trade) are you currently involved in?

2.      Are there any specific organizations you think the firm should participate more in?

3.      How important do you think our involvement is in state and local levels of the state society?

4.      What level of participation would you be interested in? 

 

Referral Sources

5.      How strong is your referral network?  Would you like to see the firm focus more on referral source relationships?  What should we do to improve those relationships?

6.      Are there organizations and/or opportunities within our referral source networks that we should be involved in?  Should we organize more social events and mixers with referral sources?  Co-sponsor seminars? 

 

Cross-Selling

7.      How well do you think we do as a firm at cross-selling of services?  Are you comfortable talking to clients about all of the services we can offer?

8.      Do you think we are portrayed by our clients as “advisors” and “consultants”?  Do you think our clients turn to us for advice about business decisions or are we simply made aware after the fact?  Are we proactive enough with our clients in identifying their needs and staying on top of what is happening in their business?

9.      What could we do to improve our cross-selling efforts?

 

Marketing Materials  

10.  Do you think the firm has adequate marketing materials?
